The Pour Tour is a digital self-guided experience. This means that once your purchase is complete and access has been delivered, the booking is non-refundable.
When Refunds May Be Given
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can review the issue and put it right.
Flexible Use
Your Pour Tour is designed to be flexible.
Transfers
If you can no longer use your purchase, your tour access may be passed on to a friend or family member using the same code provided.
Venue Changes and Availability
The Pour Tour includes recommended stops, venues, and experiences, but individual venues may occasionally change their opening hours, stop serving, close for private events, or become unavailable without notice.
We are not responsible for changes made by third party venues, and refunds will not be issued for individual venue closures or availability issues outside of our control.
Weather
The Pour Tour can be enjoyed in all weather conditions. As this is a flexible self-guided experience, refunds are not offered due to weather. Your access remains valid for 12 months, so you are welcome to complete the tour on another day.
